To The McMonigle Group,
I have a deal now to sell my Maui condo. Sara Ferguson who you through Mcmonigle referred to me got me a buyer. The sale price is higher than what they are selling for. I don’t know how she did it. Through her advice the bank is going to go for the outstanding balance and just 1099 me for the difference. The bank was trying to hold me to the deficiency but because of what she told me I played hard ball and now they have backed down.
